Getting ready before you come to Mill Road Yard
If you would like to talk in person at our Cambridge address, get in touch first by phone or through the contact form. We can then agree a time that suits both sides and work out who from the team should be there.
What you want to review
Which part of the operation is giving you trouble: the control room layout, camera positions, lighting levels or audio routing? A short description helps us decide who should join the conversation.
Who needs to be there
Would it help to have your director, engineer or technical lead present? Let us know how many people you expect, so we can plan the discussion around the right roles.
Material to bring or send ahead
Do you have floor plans, equipment lists, signal flow sketches or existing operating notes? Sending them beforehand lets us read them properly and keep the meeting focused on your questions.
